For Year 10 and Year 11 students, the length of the academy day changes slightly. For them, their day is extended until 4:00 pm every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The longer day is mandatory for all Year 10 and 11 students and is invaluable to their education. It provides an additional three hours of teaching per week for each student.

If students are not making progress as expected in either English or Maths,Magna Academy will provide them with additional one-to-one or small group English or Maths tuition.

A comprehensive programme of revision and support sessions are offered throughout Year 11.
