Dear Magna

I would like to remind you that the Kooth #dontdoitalone campaign is now live from today, 1 February. I hope the campaign will help you to discuss the need for support with your students and allow everyone to find the help they would like.

Wellbeing During Lockdown

We are all spending more time at home and out of our usual routine.

For some, this may feel like an opportunity to take a break or spend more time with family. However, for many of us, COVID-19 has brought up challenging feelings including frustration, confusion, fear, loneliness, boredom, sadness, anxiety - the list goes on.

If this is your experience it is important to remember you are not alone and anything you are feeling is ok. Try to share how you are feeling with an adult you trust, it can really help to write down or speak about your feelings even if they cannot be ‘fixed’.
