Free, safe, online counselling with qualified therapists until 10:00pm at night. This service has been commissioned by the Borough of Poole and Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group and is supported by CAMHS.

 Make sure you set up an account with an anonymous username.

Wellbeing During Lockdown

We are all spending more time at home and out of our usual routine.
For some, this may feel like an opportunity to take a break or spend more time with family. However, for many of us, COVID-19 has brought up challenging feelings including frustration, confusion, fear, loneliness, boredom, sadness, anxiety - the list goes on.
If this is your experience it is important to remember you are not alone and anything you are feeling is ok. Try to share how you are feeling with an adult you trust, it can really help to write down or speak about your feelings even if they cannot be ‘fixed’.
