Here at Magna Academy, we are delighted to have the opportunity to plan for future growth and, as a consequence, to advertise for a range of new teaching positions. This opportunity has arisen for two reasons.

Firstly, we were designated in 2016 as a National Teaching School and a National Support School.

Secondly, our pupil numbers are rapidly expanding as the benefits of our Ofsted 'Outstanding' status and as an embedded understanding locally of our values system are realised.

Ofsted Outstanding Provider

Working at Magna Academy, we are very fortunate indeed to be located in a thriving South Coast conurbation that boasts easy access to some of the UK's most stunning countryside and coastal escapes. Check out our Location Map to find out more about our community and its surroundings.

Our Academy is a vibrant and exciting place to work and was graded as outstanding in all areas by OFSTED in June 2015.

In 2016, Magna achieved a Progress 8 score of 0.48, placing us in the top 7% highest performing schools nationally. We have a desire to be in the top 1%. Not only this, in 2016 Magna also attained the highly prized status of National Teaching School and National Support School.

Additonal reading material for potential applicants is also available here in our Safer Recruitment Procedure document.
