On Thursday 22nd February, nine members of the Student Leadership Team represented the academy at the annual Aspirations Student Voice Conference.
During the conference, our students did a wonderful job of presenting about the evolution of student voice and leadership at the academy over the past 18 months. The students were also involved in detailed discussion about the sense of ‘engagement’ in the academy and where we could improve experiences for our students in this area.
Finally, students had an opportunity to access results from the recent Quaglia survey and have now started to analyse and plan for future academy improvements that are based on your voice and opinions. The results will be shared with you all in the very near future and the leadership team are very much look forward to planning strategies and methods to bring about positive changes in our ‘2 areas we cannot live with’ up until the 2025 Quaglia survey.
