We are delighted that our Year 10 students have worked with Gareth and Rhiannon from Premier League Inspires, on the Women in Leadership programme designed to empower young women to lead on and off the pitch.
Designed for Year 10 students across the UK, this dynamic programme harnesses the power of football to cultivate essential leadership skills. Through interactive workshops, inspirational talks, and practical exercises, participants gain confidence, communication prowess, and teamwork abilities.
Led by experienced professionals and supported by Premier League clubs, this initiative paves the way for a new generation of female leaders, breaking barriers and driving change in sports and beyond. Our year 10 students have put into practice what they have learnt on the programme when they have been supporting younger students with their reading at Ad Astra Primary School.
