Magna Academy promotes positive behaviour with clear routines and high expectations across all aspects of academy life. Students have the responsibility of behaving within the expectations of the policy, this shows a level of maturity that allows them to recognise the rights of other students to learn and staff to teach.

Magna Academy has a designated team that is qualified to support the diverse demographic of needs visible within the academy.

The Phoenix Team will work with students that require adapted support throughout their time at the academy. This could include regular intervention or support in relation to behaviour, pastoral and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

These will be students who have been identified through monitoring of behaviour that are having a significant impact on learning and development of themselves and others.
